Aaron Romero joined Phase One Realty, Inc. in November 2016 to create and build lasting relationships in the commercial real estate business back at “home”.  Aaron’s knowledge of the local Santa Fe/Albuquerque market, while also having a pulse on neighboring markets in Colorado, Arizona and Texas helps lead his clients through successful real estate transactions year after year.

Growing up in a “Real Estate Family” in Santa Fe, NM Aaron quickly developed a passion for the industry.  After graduating from the University of Denver, majoring in Real Estate and Construction Management, Aaron moved to California to begin work for one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in the nation, CB Richard Ellis.  Aaron moved back to Colorado in 2008 and joined Unique Properties, Denver’s largest local Commercial Real Estate firm.

With eleven years of professional experience in brokerage, ownership and development in commercial real estate, Aaron has a strong record of successfully guiding local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset repositions and dispositions.  As a young experienced broker Aaron brings energy, integrity, and most importantly firsthand experience and knowledge to all of his clients.
